Two Numero Uno’s in top ten Sires of the World27 september 2010The Sires of the World championship was held during the World breeding
championships at Zangersheide. This class which is open only to approved
stallions is jumped over a 1.50m course and has a total amount of prize
money of 25000-, euro. Two sons of Numero Uno
placed in the top Ten. Danish rider Andreas Schou finished fourth with
Uno’s Saffier. Uno’s Saffier jumped very well in Barcelona last weekend
and continued his good form in Lanaken. KWPN approved stallion BMC Unaniem
jumped a fantastic first round, ridden by Ben Schroder he clocked a fast
time in the jump off but unfortunately had one down. Ben and Unaniem placed
tenth in the final standings.
In the seven year old final an offspring by Lupicor
H did very well. Ridden by Dutch rider Michel Hendrix, Welsina jumped
a great double clear and ended up in fifth place. Back
